UNISON Action
SIGN THE PETITION: FOR THE RESPECT & DIGNITY OF BIDVEST NOONAN WORKERS AT UCL

The Bidvest Noonan outsourced workers at UCL are being let down. They are not receiving the dignity and respect they deserve from management.

Our members have been subjected to:

  • Bullying
  • Harassment
  • Victimisation
  • Attacks on contractual terms

UNISON will not tolerate attacks on our very much loved public service workers. These workers were brave enough to come into work in the face of danger during the pandemic to keep UCL services running, now they are being treated like second class citizens.

We say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

We are calling on management to:

- Respect the agreed UNISON recognition agreement

- Stop attacks on contractual terms and conditions

- Adhere to the values of their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) policy

- Treat staff with dignity and respect

To show your solidarity please sign the petition and join us in saying:
‘ENOUGH IS ENOUGH – DIGNITY AND RESPECT FOR OUTSOURCED WORKERS AT UCL’

Act now. Sign the petition.
