Despite soaring fuel costs helping drive up the cost of living, Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust has decided now is the time to reintroduce staff parking charges across its sites.
UNISON at MSEFT has made it clear we are 100% opposed to the reintroduction of charges.
We believe it is wrong to impose a pay cut – taking £2 million out of MSEFT staff’s pockets – when National Insurance, energy bills, food prices, petrol costs and everything else is rising. This is no way for MSEFT to become an employer of choice.
