We’ll share as many as we can on social media on ODP Day. You don't need to say a lot; videos of around 15-20 seconds are best. Here are some prompts to help you get started:

To submit your video just follow these steps:

Record your video on your phone or tablet – don't worry about any gaps at the beginning or end as we will edit for length and add captions.

Fill in the form on this page and give permission for UNISON and CODP to use your video to promote ODP Day. Click 'Send my video'.

On the next page hit 'Upload files' to add your video using WeTransfer. You may be asked to verify your email address with a code.
