UNISON is at the forefront of the restoration of the School Support Staff Negotiating Body (SSSNB). The SSSNB’s remit will include pay, terms and conditions, as well as training and development.

The SSSNB will include state-funded schools, including academies and schools within multi academy trusts. The negotiating body will be solely for school support staff, which means that we can focus on the issues that really affect support staff working in schools.
