Say no to Dorset SubCo!

Hundreds of vital NHS workers in Dorset could soon be outsourced to a private company owned by local NHS trusts. This new ‘wholly owned subsidiary’ (SubCo) would remove staff from direct NHS employment, a move that risks worse pay, fewer rights, and weaker protections for the people who keep our hospitals running.

We’re calling on Dorset HealthCare, Dorset County Hospital, and University Hospitals Dorset NHS Trusts to drop these plans. NHS staff should stay in the NHS.
