PAY MIND COUNSELLORS FAIRLY

Norfolk and Waveney Mind is short-changing counsellors by thousands of pounds a year, paying trainee rates to fully qualified professionals.

Mind is contracted to run the talking therapies services for Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust according to NHS guidelines, paying NHS rates.

Workers’ claims have been backed by independent professional bodies and they’ve been forced to take strike action, but still Mind won’t listen.

Help put the pressure on Norfolk & Waveney Mind, Mind UK and Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust to pay their counsellors what they’re due.
