Theatres Staff in the Northern Care Alliance are on strike for fair overtime payments. As per NHS terms and conditions staff are entitled to x1.5 (x2 on public holidays) overtime pay on any work over 37.5 hours. NCA refuses to pay this! 

We need to hold them to account – ask Karin Smith, Minister of State for Health and your local MP to stand by Theatres staff!
