We the undersigned are calling on all local councillors across Northamptonshire to support the Northamptonshire Needs to Work campaign. 

The forming of two new Councils provides Northamptonshire with the opportunity for real change and a fresh start.

In these uncertain times keeping committed well qualified staff is crucial to the delivery of the high quality services Northamptonshire needs.  

A county that doesn’t work for us all, is a county that doesn’t work.
